SCALE Dubai (9-10 October 2024) is the only conference dedicated to professional STR property management companies looking to grow their businesses successfully and sustainably in the Middle East region.

The SCALE Investment Forum (10 October 2024) is an additional event focusing on property investment in Dubai, UAE and the Middle East STR markets.

We invite you to submit your proposal and share your experience, knowledge and expertise with our highly qualified audience of professional property managers and investors. Showcase best practices, innovative strategies, and lessons learned to successfully grow business in this specific region.

What you need to know to submit your proposal

Who should apply?

Anyone.

We actively encourage everyone to apply to be a speaker at our SCALE Dubai as long as you believe you have considerable industry knowledge and experience to educate established property managers.

The SCALE team promotes diversity and inclusion across all of our events. 

How long are the sessions?

Sessions will last approximately 25 minutes plus an additional 5 minutes of audience Q&A.

What should be included in the proposal?

All submissions must be educational or advisory in nature and must not include promotions for products or services.

Please note that we expect a high number of applications for a very limited number of sessions available. We aim to match submitted sessions with the most popular topics selected by our attendees.

What topics should be focused upon?

We welcome proposals focusing on any subject relevant to professional short-term rental operators.

Proposals to speak at SCALE Dubai will be accepted up to 31 July 2024.

Is there a way to guarantee a speaking opportunity?

We cannot guarantee any speaking opportunities (individual presentations or group panel discussions), however Headline and Show Sponsors will be prioritised for panel inclusions.
